7/12 mutation entry process:

• You have to visit the official website of Public Data Entry for Property Registration and Mutations in Land Records.
• Scroll down and click on the option to proceed to login.
• There you have to enter the following information to log in –
• Your user name,
• Password and
• You have to login by filling captcha code.
• As soon as you fill the captcha, you will see the option of 7/12 mutations.
• Click on the option.
• Then after this, you have to select the role.
• After selecting the role, you will have to do whatever entry in your land record.
• You can enter there.
• Then after this, you have to click on the submit button.
• Note: Friends, keep in mind that once submitted, the entry cannot be modified.
